Welcome to English With Damien. These Terms of Service govern your use of my website and tutoring services. By accessing my website or booking lessons, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

Tutoring Services

I offer private English tutoring services for children, teenagers, and adults, both online and in-person in Yavne, Israel. My services include but are not limited to conversation practice, grammar instruction, pronunciation coaching, and preparation for English exams.

Booking and Scheduling

Lessons can be booked through the contact form on my website, via WhatsApp, or other agreed communication channels. Lesson times are subject to my availability and will be confirmed upon booking.

Payments

• Payment methods and details will be provided upon booking confirmation.
• For regular lessons, payment is expected before or at the time of each lesson, unless otherwise agreed.
• For lesson packages, full payment is required in advance to secure the discounted rate.
• Prices are subject to change, but any changes will not affect already booked and paid lessons.

Cancellation Policy

• If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
• Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged at the full rate, at my discretion.
• If I need to cancel a lesson, I will offer a rescheduled time or a full refund for that lesson.
• No-shows (failure to attend without notice) will be charged at the full lesson rate.

Introductory Assessment Sessions

I offer a 30-minute introductory assessment session for ₪50 to new students. This is subject to availability and is limited to one introductory session per student. The introductory session allows us both to assess if my teaching style matches your learning needs.

Lesson Materials

Any materials I provide during lessons are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without my explicit permission. Some materials may be subject to copyright restrictions.

Student Responsibilities

As a student, you agree to:

• Arrive on time for scheduled lessons
• Participate actively in the learning process
• Complete any assigned homework or practice exercises
• Communicate any specific learning needs or preferences
• Treat the tutor with respect and courtesy

Tutor Responsibilities

As your tutor, I commit to:

• Provide high-quality, personalized instruction
• Start and end lessons at the agreed times
• Prepare appropriate materials and lesson plans
• Give constructive feedback on your progress
• Maintain a professional and respectful learning environment

Website Use

You may use my website for lawful purposes only. You must not use my website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is my property or that of my licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I exclude all representations, warranties, and liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of my website or services.

Changes to These Terms

I reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of my services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
